Mt Zion Library

Mt. Zion is a library that we both attend as a family and fully support as an amazing initiative started by Grenadians who saw a need and are filling it.

Not only are we supporting it but my sister, mom and Friends of the Trenton Library are also supporting it. To date three barrels of books have been sent to Mt. Zion from the Quinte area, and I know more will be on their way soon.

The location in downtown St. George's, close to the bus terminal, and above Digicel makes it accessible for any Grenadian who has to travel through St. George to get to work or to an event. Best of all it is free!

However running it is not. It is run entirely through donations. So if you love reading and want to see a library flourishing for children, teens and adults, consider donating.

  2. Thanks!

I grew up with a Librarian for a mom, so I attribute my love of learning to her passion for books. It is a privilege to help Mt. Zion Library grow; all children should know the joy of a good book. Thanks to the wonderful staff and volunteers at Mt. Zion hundreds of children are being able to do just that. I am humbled at how amazing my fellow Canadian's have been in supporting Mt. Zion Library and hope to keep it up on my return to Canada.
